Combat sports for children and teens. Not to learn how to hit. To learn how to grow.

Discipline, respect, self-confidence. In a private studio in the heart of Milan, guided by qualified instructors.

Combat sports classes (kickboxing, boxing, muay thai) for children and teens aged 6 to 17. Private studio 200m from the Duomo. No crowded gyms. No improvisation.

Safe and controlled environment

Small groups by age and level

Your child spends too much time on screens. And you know it’s not good.

You know the scene.

He comes home from school and goes straight to his phone. On weekends he wakes up late and stays in his room. When you try to suggest a team sport, he says he’s not interested, or tries it for a month and gives up. His physical energy fades, and so does his desire to put himself out there.

You wish he were doing something structured. Something that gives him discipline, respect, self-confidence. Something that helps him handle school stress, conflicts with peers, the strong emotions of that age.

But what have you tried so far?

  • Soccer or volleyball — team sports where he disappears in the crowd, never really seen by a coach
  • Generic combat gyms — an environment too adult, inconvenient hours, nobody who really knows how to work with kids
  • Individual sports like tennis or swimming — technical but missing the educational contact he needs
  • Nothing, waiting for him “to grow up” — but meanwhile years go by and he closes up more and more

The problem isn’t your son.

The problem is that no one has yet shown him a discipline that makes him feel strong inside. A discipline that speaks to him at the right level. That respects his age, his character, his rhythm.

⚠️ What happens if you do nothing?

He will grow more and more sedentary.
He will lose confidence in his body and his abilities.
And when real adolescence arrives, he won’t have the tools to handle it.

The best time to start is now,
while he’s still open to trying.

Why combat sports are the right choice for children and teens:

It’s not what you think. The combat classes for kids we run aren’t about “teaching them how to fight.” They’re exactly the opposite.

Combat done right teaches kids:

  • Self-control — no sport forces you more to master your impulses. Learning to stop a strike is a life lesson
  • Respect — for your partner, for the instructor, for the rules. In martial tradition, respect comes first
  • Discipline — showing up on time, greeting properly, following directions. Habits that carry over to school and home
  • Self-confidence — knowing you can defend yourself completely changes how a young person moves through the world
  • Stress management — they release energy in a healthy way, come home calmer, sleep better
  • Body confidence — they learn to use it, know it, trust themselves

"Kids who train in combat sports with proper method become calmer, not more aggressive. That’s the real paradox of this sport."

4 reasons our course is
different from the others

1. Small groups, divided by age and level

We don’t put a 7-year-old together with a 15-year-old. Groups are built by age range (children 6-10, kids 11-14, teens 15-17) and by technical level. Every young person gets real attention.

2. Qualified instructors who know how to work with kids

Knowing how to fight isn’t enough. You need to know how to teach kids. Our instructors have specific experience in youth training: they know how to hold attention, how to correct without humiliating, how to motivate without pushing too hard.

3. Zero heavy sparring. Technique first

No hard contact. No strikes to the head. Kids learn technique with pads, bags, and coordination drills. Real sparring only comes later and always in a protected setting, with headgear and mouthguards.

4. Private studio, not an adult combat gym

A kid-friendly environment. Clean, controlled, professional. Parents can attend lessons if they want. No adults yelling in the room, no intimidating spaces.

Frequently Asked Questions

We accept children from age 6 and up. Groups are divided by age range: children (6-10), kids (11-14), teens (15-17). Each group has its own specific program and approach.
Of course. Most of our kids start from zero. The course is structured precisely to take beginners through the technical basics calmly and progressively.
It’s the opposite. Kids who train in combat sports with proper method learn to control their impulses, respect their opponent, and recognize when to stop. Aggression decreases, it doesn’t increase. It’s one reason many psychologists recommend martial arts.
No heavy contact. We work with pads, bags, technical drills. Controlled sparring only comes at a more advanced age and always with full protection (headgear, mouthguard, shin guards). In years of courses we’ve had no serious injuries.
It depends on age and level. Generally 2 sessions a week is ideal. We figure it out together based on his school schedule.
We have afternoon and evening slots compatible with school. You can review the specific times directly with our office.
We provide everything for the first lessons. If he decides to continue, we’ll advise you what to buy (gloves, wraps, mouthguard) based on his age and training type.
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. We want parents to see how we work and feel confident leaving their kids with us.
