Poorly done functional training is the fastest way to get hurt. With 30 people in the room it is impossible to correct a movement. Here the coach follows you, corrects you, makes you progress every session.
If you have a board meeting at 8, we won't schedule you at 7. If you travel for work, the program takes into account weeks away. No penalty for rescheduling with 24h notice.
